BACL have developed in association with our Energy Audit Division a Compliance and Outsourcing Enforcement service which can take the burden of legislatory requirements from the local Trading Standards office as directed under The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 (S.I. 2007/991).
